Bad news for Angkas fans
After enjoying a brief stint of being able to operate, the Supreme Court issued a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) reversing a previous Court Decision allowing Angkas to operate.

The decision, which was issued today, gives the LTFRB the authority to apprehend any Angkas riders. Back in 2017, LTFRB shut down Angkas due to the lack of permits. During that time, LTFRB board member Aileen Lizada reiterated that Angkas is not considered a transport provider since motorcycles are meant for only one passenger.
