If You Don’t Want to Carry a Big Bag Everyday

Last September we featured a portable organizer called the Knomad Mini Portable Organizer. We called it the clutch bag of the modern day techie and it was received pretty well on our social media channels (lots of people asked about it, where to buy, etc). One question that kept popping up was if it had a bigger variant that could fit the iPad Air 2. Today we’d like to share with you guys our review of the bigger and more sophisticated brother of the Knomad Mini, the Knomad Air Leather Portable Organizer.

The Knomad Air Leather, as the name implies, is specifically made for the iPad Air 2 or 10-inch tablets. The exterior is also made from smooth leather material giving it a much more elegant and premium look. It’s obviously bigger than the Mini, specifically measuring 20.1 x 275. x 2.5 cm.

Inside there are soft canvass pockets lined with microfibre to hold all of your other gadgets and accessories. Usually we use the Knomad Air to carry our iPad Air 2, smartphone (Sony Xperia Z5), charging cables, calling cards, USB 3.0 Flash Drive, Lammy ballpen, and a bunch of other daily essentials.

So far we’ve been using the Knomad Air quite a lot. It’s the perfect go-to companion when we need to go out without a laptop. Having said that, we feel that Knomad should also come up with another version of this that can fit either the MacBook Air 11-inch or the MacBook 12-inch. Now that would be a complete organizer that we would love to bring around with us.

Perhaps the only biggest issue with the Knomad Air Leather here in the Philippines is the price. It’s currently being sold in various Apple shops like the Power Mac Center and it retails for a little less than Php9,000. That’s definitely a very premium price for a portable organizer. ^^;
