How do foreign gamers really see us?

We were browsing 9gag last night and saw the image meme above. Looking at the comments section it seems that a lot of foreigners (and even some pinoys) agree that our standing in the online gaming community isn’t that great – in fact, it’s downright terrible. Personally, I’m a big online gamer, and I kind of have to agree – any big or popular title (games like the Battefield series, CoD series, DoTa, HoN) where Filipinos play in are populated with trashtalking pinoy players. It’s gotten so bad that I’ve actually moved away to other less popular games (or servers that aren’t frequented by fellow pinoys) to avoid the toxicity.
