Part of their commitment to keep their customers connected during the quarantine

With the government extending the quarantine period to April 30, PLDT-Smart announced that it is extending the payment period for its postpaid customers to the end of April. In addition, PLDT-Smart is suspending disconnection of overdue accounts until April 30 as well.

In an advisory issued on PLDT Public Affairs’ Facebook page, PLDT-Smart wants to stay committed in keeping its users connected while on community quarantine. Aside from the extended payment period for postpaid subscribers, PLDT rolled out a free Speedboost to subscribers affected by the community quarantine, along with one month free iFlix VIP for Luzon-based users with Home Fibr Plan 1899 and up.
