Nokia C30, 6310, and Earbuds: Now Official

Besides the XR20 that was recently announced, two other phones join the Nokia family: 6310 and C30, as well as a set of true wireless earbuds. As the name implies, the former is a remake of a classic Nokia handset from the past while the latter is an Android phone that sports a large battery with a budget price tag.

The C30 is a new entry-level phone from Nokia’s C-series family of entry-level devices. The C30 features a large, 6.82-inch HD+ resolution screen, with a teardrop notch at the top that holds the 5-megapixel selfie camera, and a large battery capacity of 6000mAh. A 13-megapixel main snapper graces the back, paired with a 2-megapixel depth sensor.

The Nokia C30 is powered by a Unisoc SC9863A chipset and has three RAM/storage configurations: 2GB/32GB, 3GB/32GB, and 3GB/64GB. The C30 will have 4G support, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock features. The wallet-friendly device also uses a headphone jack and microUSB charging. The phone will also use an Android 11 Go edition which is Google’s simplified OS for cheaper devices.

nokia 6310The new Nokia 6310 meanwhile sports a larger screen and buttons than the OG device to make it easier to use. The display is a 2.8-inch curved panel with a QVGA resolution.The phone is powered by an 1150 mAh battery and has wireless FM radio, 2G support, headphone jack, and microUSB charging. Surprisingly this phone also sports internet connectivity, a built-in Snake game, and torch functionality. The Nokia 6310 will use a Unisoc 6531F processor to keep things running smoothly.

Aside from the two new handsets, Nokia is also releasing three new pairs of true wireless earbuds. The Nokia Clarity Earbuds Pro features active noise cancellation, Bluetooth 5.2, IPX5 water resistance, aptX support, and up to 27 hours of total playtime with the case. The Clarity Earbuds Pro will also feature a low-latency 60ms gaming mode and support for wireless charging for the case.

Nokia Comfort Earbuds

The Nokia Comfort Earbuds, meanwhile. feature an ergonomic fit, compact design, the same IPX5 water resistance as the more expensive model, Bluetooth 5.1, master/slave auto switch to use as a mono headset, touch control, and a total of 29 hours of playtime with the case.

Nokia Go Earbuds Plus

Lastly, the Nokia Go Earbuds + are the sport-oriented of the bunch. The earbuds include Bluetooth 5.0, 26 hours of total playtime with the case, master/slave auto switch, IPX4 splash-proof rating, and touch controls.

The Nokia C30 starts at EUR 99 ( PHP 5875.62) and the Nokia 6310 retails for EUR 40 (PHP 2373.99). As for the Nokia Clarity Earbuds Pro it costs around USD 99 (PHP 4981.23). The Nokia Comfort Earbuds are USD 49 (PHP 2465.46) and the Nokia Go Earbuds + are USD 29 ( PHP 1459.15)
