The Acer Connect Vero W6M is a mesh router that’s potent as ever. It’s powered by an ARM A53 quad-core processor running at a speedy 2 GHz. It’s also compatible with WiFi 6E Tri-Band AXE7800 connectivity, assuring users of rapid internet speeds during usage and uninterrupted use over the long-term.

These onboard technologies allow the router to reach up to blistering speeds of 7.8 Gbps. Downloads and other internet tasks should be a breeze with this router and a reliable internet connection. Meanwhile, the range can be expanded exponentially via a dual-mesh system that bumps up the range to 465 sq.m, or up to 930 sq.m on a quad-mesh arrangement. That means it could easily accommodate a humongous office or home setup.

On the safety side of things, cybersecurity definitely isn’t an afterthought here. It’s the first ever WiFi 6E router to pass the EU EN 303 645 (RED) Cyber Security Standards. Onboard are also some software goodies like intelligent device/application recognition to keep unwanted users at bay.

But what makes this so special is the fact that it’s made largely of recycled materials. The Acer Connect Vero W6M is the company’s bold statement of its commitment to stay true to its eco-roots. The device’s minimalistic and compact aesthetic is made with 30% PCR plastic and painted with a cobblestone gray finish to let it blend in with any office or home setup. The dedicated Eco mode function optimizes the router’s power consumption, along with other connected devices by managing their sleep time when not in use and efficiently regulating its data frequency distribution.
