With internet speeds improving through the years and demand for it increasing, telco providers have become more competitive in offering the best possible, value-for-money internet plans that focus beyond speed. A few things have changed in 2025, with some of the fastest internet plans in the Philippines being more affordable.
We look at the fastest internet plans in the Philippines for 2025, along with what other things they have to offer:
Converge
Like last year, Converge’s fastest internet plans are at 1Gbps. However, Converge made it more affordable with two options: the Boost Mode 1Gbps plan has a promo price of Php 3,500/month (from Php 7,499/month) as of writing, while their gaming-focused Gamechanger plan is priced at Php 5,000/month.
The latter is more expensive because you get a high-end ROG Rapture GT-AX 6000 as part of the bundle, giving it added value for money especially if you have yet invested in a new router for your home.

PLDT
Like Converge, PLDT’s fastest internet plan is 1Gbps, which is priced at Php 9,499/month. While that may be expensive, PLDT adds unlimited mobile calls to five registered Smart and TNT numbers. PLDT does have an affordable “1Gbps” Plan at Php 2,699/month, but this promo plan has the 1Gbps speed boost for the first 6 months–and reverts to 700Mbps after that.
Globe
In pure speeds alone, Globe offers the fastest internet plan among all telcos with their 1.5Gbps Plan that’s priced at Php 7,499/month. They also have a 1Gbps plan that’s priced at Php 4,999/month as well. Â Both top-end Globe Home Fiber plans comer bundled with Disney+ Premium, a Php 5,000 TP-Link voucher, and access to BlastTV.
Sky
Thanks to its partnership with Converge, Sky has improved its speeds significantly for 2025. Current Sky Fiber subscribers benefit from the Converge partnership with the upgraded speeds, and you can even opt for a 1Gbps plan (originally 800Mbps) for Php 3,500/month.

DITO
While DITO does not offer fixed broadband internet, their 5G Home WiFi promises speeds of up to 500Mbps (and more). Priced at Php 1,490/month (Php 790/month for the first 6 months), DITO’s Home 5G WiFi is priced competitively if you consider Peso per Mbps. However, its promised speeds may vary on the 5G coverage in your area.
Which telco has the best offer?
On paper, Globe’s GFiber has the best value: aside from having higher speeds, you also get a nice set of inclusions that include an annual Disney+ subscription and a Php 5k discount for any TP-Link product. However, if you’re looking for the most affordable 1Gbps plan, PLDT takes that honor–though you’ll only enjoy those speeds for the first 6 months.
Now if you’re looking to get a 1Gbps plan AND need a powerful router to go along with it, Converge’s Gamechanger plan is a solid pick, especially for gamers and streamers who prioritize low latencies with their internet connection.
Those aside, you’ll need to consider the area coverage of these internet providers before applying for their postpaid plans.
