Good news for all of us millennials that stan Evangelion’s best/insane girl, Asuka: ROG has announced that they’re releasing a fresh wave of Evangelion-branded products to outfit their next EVA-02-themed build. If it wasn’t obvious enough, the new collab focuses on Asuka Langley and her EVA-02.
Specifically, ROG is launching an EVA-02 variant of the ROG Maximus Z790 motherboard, ROG STRIX GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB AIO cooler, ROG Hyperion chassis, ROG Herculx graphics card holder, ROG Strix Scope RX keyboard and keycap set and the ROG Gladius III Wireless AimPoint mouse and mouse grip tapes. Essentially you’ll just need a power supply, processor, RAM, and SSD storage and you’ll be able to build the best EVA/waifu/overpowered PC rig the world has ever seen.
Unfortunately, ASUS has not share specific pricing details for these products as of yet, but if their previous collaboration with Studio Khara, the animation studio behind Evangelion is any indication, you’re going to be paying a pretty penny for the ROG EVA-02 collection.
