ASUS’ latest is capable of going toe to toe against other flagships

ASUS announced its newest smartphone, the Zenfone 2 a few weeks ago in CES, bearing Intel’s new Atom processors as well as 4GB of RAM on the highest model. No doubt many of you are wondering what kind of performance the new smartphone would bring to the table, and you’re not alone. Website Asus Zenfone has managed to get their hands on ASUS’ newest and greatest and ran AnTuTu to see what the phone is capable of.

According to the AnTuTu test that the website ran, the Zenfone 2 managed to score around 43K points with the 4GB model, while the 2GB model managed to snag around almost 41K points. That’s an amazing jump over the Zenfone 5’s 25K score, and puts the Zenfone 2 squarely in the territory of other smartphones like the Galaxy S5 and Note 4, as well as the Xperia Z3.
