While ASUS just announced the ROG Phone 6 series a few days ago, it seems that it will launch the ZenFone 9 soon–with an alleged video of the upcoming smartphone making its appearance.

The now-taken-down video highlights the ZenFone 9 as a compact flagship phone like its predecessor, where you get a 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED display with a 120hz refresh rate and a punch-hole for the selfie camera. Like the ROG Phone 6, the ZenFone 9 will use a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and will also use an IMX766 main camera. The only difference is that on the ZenFone 9, ASUS is outfitting a six-axis gimbal module for stabilization.
The battery will be slightly larger at 4300mAh and will have features like a headphone jack, stereo speakers, IP68 rating, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner–which is branded as ZenTouch since it will have functions like the ability to scroll through pages.
The video also highlights a few interesting accessories like the backpack mount and a phone case with a kickstand and card holder. It will be more colorful than the ZenFone 8, as other color options include red and blue.
ASUS has yet to reveal the launch date of the ZenFone 9, but the video indicates that it should launch within the next few weeks.
