Want that old-school BlackBerry feel?
BlackBerry has finally gone and released their newest smartphone, the Classic. The Classic isn’t exactly a mystery to us since the company teased it before, even putting it up on pre-order a few weeks ago. Now the device, an obvious throwback to the company’s old-school smartphones, is now heading to stores in the US for $449, or Php 20107.
BlackBerry Classic specs
- 1.5GHz dual-core processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 3.5-inch IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 720 × 720 resolution
- 16GB internal storage, expandable via microSD up to 128GB
- 8-megapixel rear camera with AF and LED flash
- 2-megapixel front camera
- 3G, LTE
- WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, A-GPS, NFC
- 2515mAh battery
- Blackberry OS 10.3.1
If you haven’t guessed already, the Classic comes with BlackBerry’s tried and tested QWERTY keyboard, as well as the return of the square-ish trackpad in the middle. The device has a full touchscreen as well. Hopefully BlackBerry prices the Classic right in the PH, as the passport had a pretty high price when it finally made its way here.
