NFC for just 4,499
Remember that Cherry Mobile Axis that was leaked a few days ago? Well, the local brand has gone and made it official, announcing it in their Facebook page a few hours ago.

Like we mentioned before, the Axis is the brand’s second attempt at a NFC equipped smartphone, their first being the Rave 2.0.This time around, Cherry Mobile is no longer bundling an NFC equipped speaker with the Axis, so you’ll have to find some other way to test the NFC functionality of the device. Hopefully the brand starts selling NFC tags as well so Axis buyers will be able to take advantage of the NFC feature. It also looks like the Axis is protected by Dragontrail glass, which makes it a tough little smartphone when it comes to scratches and bumps.
