Chinese company No. 1 working on clone Galaxy S5 based on renders
We all know that there are many, many Chinese companies that make clone devices off of popular handsets like Apple’s iPhone 5s, Sony’s Z1 and Samsung’s Galaxy series of devices. The thing is, they usually come out with their devices after the device that they’re cloning comes out in the wild. Chinese company No. 1 will have none of that, and has announced that they will be soon shipping their own version of Samsung’s Galaxy S5.
According to GizChina, No. 1 already has their clone Galaxy S5 in the works, which they have based mostly on concept images of the device floating around in the web which they believe to be accurate. Their device, dubbed the No. S7, will have some pretty heavyweight specs as well, which include an octacore Mediatek MT6592 chip and possibly a 16-megapixel rear camera with OIS.
What’s funny is that if Samsung’s Galaxy S5 is radically different from the renders floating around in the web, No. 1 may have just made their first original design in forever.
