Doogee Donates Tablets to Gawad Kalinga Foundation

Following its official return to the Philippines and good brand presence for its tablet offerings, Doogee donated tablets to Gawad Kalinga Foundation for the latter’s ARAL program. The brand donated its U10 Kid tablets, which have a special app called Kids World. This app has over 300 learning activities to aid children in literacy programs.

The U10 Kid comes with a protective silicone case and is powered by an RK3562 processor that’s paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. You also get a 10.1-inch display, along with a 5060mAh battery that supports USB-C charging.

“We are very honored to be a part of this noble program of Gawad Kalinga, which will benefit children and, in the long term, help alleviate poverty in the Philippines. We didn’t hesitate to say yes when they approached us,” Doogee Philippines Integrated Marketing Head Igue Bonifacio said.

With this initiative, Doogee commits to finding ways it can help NGOs like Gawad Kalinga with the appropriate technology needed for learning and education.

“Your gift of a tablet is not just a device; it’s a key that unlocks doors of knowledge and opportunities for those who cannot afford their own. Your kindness resonates in the eager minds of these kids, empowering them to reach new heights. Thank you for composing a symphony of hope and education,” Gawad Kalinga Foundation Key Accounts head Vangie Sesma said.
