First Gen Android One Users Start Receiving Marshmallow OTA

Bummed out that Google didn’t mention anything about the Android One program during their Nexus Marshmallow update today? Don’t fret – User Joey Huab in the Big Time Show Community said that first generation Android One phones (Cherry Mobile One and MyPhone Uno) have gotten the prompt to download sweet, sweet Marshmallow onto their devices.


The update is around 337.9 MB in size, and users are cautioned to download the update via a stable connection to avoid issues. No word yet on when Android Marshmallow will hit second gen Android One devices like the One G1 – we’ll let you guys know once it hits.
