Fujifilm Unveils 5th-Generation X100V

Now with an aluminum top and bottom shell

Fujifilm updates its X100 series with the fifth-generation X100V. Maintaining the iconic rangefinder-like design the X100 is known for, the X100V gets a big update in its build with aluminum top and bottom plates for better durability. For the first time in the X100 series, the X100V has a tilting rear LCD monitor to aid you in composing images.

The X100V has weather sealing with the optional AR-X100 adapter ring and the PRF-49 protection filter.

Inside the X100V is an all-new 26.1-megapixel X-Trans CMOS sensor paired with an X-Processor 4. The new sensor allows the X100V to shoot 4K video at 30FPS and Full HD video at 120FPS. You can even shoot at 10-bit, 4:2:2 color via HDMI.

The X100V’s 23mm f/2.0 lens has been redesigned to have better optical performance and close-focusing ability while retaining its built-in ND filter and support for all X100 accessories. Lastly, the X100V’s trademark hybrid viewfinder has been improved as well.

The X100V will retail for Php 79,990.
