Fujifilm Unveils Affordable X-T100 Mirrorless Camera

A toned-down version of the X-T20

Fujifilm expands its portfolio of X-series mirrorless cameras with the X-T100. While it looks like the X-T20, the X-T100 comes at a more affordable price of $600(~Php 31.6k) for the body only, and $700(~Php 36.8k) with the 15-45mm kit lens.

Billed as an entry-level camera, the X-T100 comes with a 24.2-megapixel APS-C sensor that has a base ISO range of 200-12800 (and an extended range of 100-51200). With its high-speed imaging processor (no, it’s not an X-Processor Pro guys), the X-T100 is capable of up to 6 frames per second, with a 0.4 second startup time. As for video features, the X-T100 is capable of 4K video, 1080P at 60FPS, and high-speed 720P footage.

As for its AF system, the X-T100 comes with a 91-point Phase Detection Autofocus—a feature borrowed from its higher-end siblings. As for its touchscreen display, the X-T100 has a unique system as it can be tilted in three directions. It also comes with a microphone port, making the X-T100 friendly for vloggers alike.

The X-T100 will be available globally starting June 18.
