A strong follow up to the already good Nokia 7 Plus?
Ahead of its unveiling today (or on October 11, as HMD Global has announced two separate launch dates), new details about the Nokia 7.1 have surfaced. Based on the official renders, the Nokia 7.1 looks like the Nokia 7 Plus, except this time around it has a notch-sporting 5.84-inch Full HD+ IPS display.
As far as specs are concerned, the Nokia 7.1 is quite underwhelming as it uses a Snapdragon 636 processor (as compared to the Nokia 7 Plus’ Snapdragon 660 processor) paired with 3GB/4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB internal storage. For the cameras, you get Zeiss-branded 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel rear cameras.
Pricing is reported to be at €355(~Php 22.2k) for the 3GB/32GB version €400(~Php 25k) for the 4GB/64GB version, making it usually more expensive than the Nokia 7 Plus. European pricing is usually higher, so expect the Asia pricing to be lower.
