After much anticipation, Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S25 series at Unpacked 2025 in San Jose California. Consisting of the Galaxy S25, S25+, and S25 Ultra, all three models are powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor, with the entire lineup having 12GB RAM by default.
You get 256GB and 512GB storage options for all models, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra also available with 1TB storage. In the Philippines, the Galaxy S25 series has a starting price of Php 51,990.
The Galaxy S25 and S25+ have a 50-megapixel main camera, 12-megapixel ultrawide camera, and 10-megapixel 3x telephoto camera, along with a 12-megapixel selfie camera. The S25 Ultra, on the other hand, gets an updated 50-megapixel ultrawide camera that goes along with the 200-megapixel main camera, 10-megapixel 3x telephoto camera, and 50-megapixel 5x periscope camera, along with the same selfie shooter as its other siblings.
All three models have 120hz AMOLED displays: 6.2-inch for the Galaxy S25, 6.7-inch for the Galaxy S25+, and 6.9-inch (plus built-in S-Pen) on the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Battery capacity is the same as their predecessors: 4000mAh for the Galaxy S25, 4900mAh for the S25+, and 5000mAh for the S25 Ultra.
Just like last year, Samsung is putting heavy emphasis on Galaxy AI with new features like Now Brief that gives you a personalized summary of your day, improved Google Gemini integration, Audio Search, Text-to-Speech Summary using the Samsung Browser.

Pre-orders start today until February 13, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra getting a free storage upgrade–those pre-ordering the 256GB version will get the 512GB version instead. All Galaxy S25 models get 6 months of Gemini Advanced and 2TB of cloud storage with their purchase.
