According to a semi-reliable leakster at China’s social media network Baidu, HMD is supposedly bringing back the Nokia N-Series brand, with plans to announce a new N-Series device at the upcoming MWC 2017 in Barcelona, Spain.
A recent trademark filing for “NSERIES”, filed by HMD Global, along with a photo of an unnamed N-Series device, were uploaded to Baidu. The source mentions that the leaked device will be coming with a 6th generation Qualcomm Snapdragon processor – maybe a Snapdragon 835 or a refresh of the mid-range offerings – and that the initial production target of the device is set at 500,000 units.
