While we’re still waiting for the 400 series, HONOR decided to make the 400 Lite official at their global site. Making the 400 Lite interesting is the AI Camera Button on the side that looks like the one you’d find on an iPhone 16. It’s more of a midrange phone, however, as the 400 Lite uses a Dimensity 7025 processor that’s paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The cameras are also on the basic side, as you get a 108-megapixel main shooter, a 5-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 16-megapixel selfie camera with an LED flash. Video recording is up to Full HD due to limitations with the processor.
Despite that, HONOR brags about the 400 Lite’s 7.29mm profile and 171g weight, making it a thin and light phone. You get a 5230mAh battery inside that supports 35W charging, which is a feat by itself. Being an HONOR device, you get an IP65 rating and a 1.8m drop resistance, making the 400 Lite a tough phone.
You do get a high-end 120Hz AMOLED display with slim bezels, a pill-shaped punch-hole, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and 3500nits of peak brightness. You also get Android 15-based MagicOS 9 out of the box as well.
We don’t know if HONOR has plans of bringing the 400 Lite to the Philippines (we didn’t get the 200 Lite either), but we expect if to be priced at around Php 15k if HONOR plans to bring it to our shores.
