It is a budget version of the Honor 8X
After it was spotted in TENAA a few weeks ago, official renders and specs of Honor’s latest budget phone have surfaced.
Corroborating with the what we saw in TENAA, the Honor 8A is a budget version of the Honor 8X with its two-toned polycarbonate back and single 13-megapixel f/1.8 rear camera setup. Being a budget device, there is no fingerprint scanner to be found anywhere on the phone.
Up front, you have a 6.09-inch IPS display with an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch housing the 8-megapixel f/2.0 camera. The Honor 8A’s internals comprises an Helio P35 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal storage, and Android Pie out of the box.
The Honor 8A is set to be announced in China on January 8.
