Huawei’s Honor brand has officially returned to the Philippines, two years after it first disappeared in stores. The company seemingly have regained its focus in regards to the products it wants to sell, and now works independently from Huawei’s main brand.
The brand now has its own cadre of executives and distributors instead of piggybacking on Huawei Philippines as it did previously. They’ll be selling the Honor 9 Lite and the Honor 7X to start, which will be exclusive to online shopping portal Shopee, pricing the phones at Php 7,990 and Php 10,990 respectively. The phones will be available for pre-order by today until May 4, with deliveries coming a week after. The first 500 buyers who sign-up for pre-order get a Php 250 voucher, which they can use to get the Honor 9 Lite and Honor 7X on May 5 at a lower price.
