As a follow-up to the release of the X9a 5G, HONOR wants to make a statement in the entry-level, under Php 8k segment in the Philippines with the X7a. As a more affordable version of the X7, the main highlight of the X7a is its 6000mAh battery, which is considered to be one of the biggest in the entry-level segment. HONOR claims that the X7a can last for more than 2 days depending on one’s usage. Charging speeds are not an issue with this huge battery, as the X7a supports 22.5w USB-C charging.
As a budget device, the X7a still keeps a quad-rear camera setup that consists of a 50-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a pair of 2-megapixel cameras. Aside from that huge battery inside, the X7a has an adequately large 6.74-inch display that has a 90hz refresh rate and a notch for the 8-megapixel selfie shooter. Powering the X7a is a Helio G37 processor that’s paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage–with the latter being expandable via MicroSD.
The X7a is priced at Php 7,990 for the 6GB/128GB variant. Those buying the HONOR X7a will get a pair of HONOR Earbuds with their purchase until supplies last.
