New Budget Friendly Android 4.0 Smartphone from HTC
HTC revealed a new budget-friendly Android smartphone running on Ice Cream Sandwich a few days ago called the HTC Desire C. The specs really aren’t great considering it’s an entry-level device but it definitely scores high on the looks and design department since it takes a lot of cues from the HTC One line-up.
