HTC To Join Mid-range Android One Bandwagon Via U11 Life

Yet another Android One phone is set to be released

There’s yet another manufacturer that’s rumored to join the Android One party according to leaks. After the surprise announcement of Xiaomi and the rumored involvement of Motorola, HTC is apparently joining the Android One family via their yet unreleased U11 Life, according to multiple sources.

The U11 Life is a somewhat downgraded version of HTC’s excellent U11 flagship, running a 5.2-inch full HD display, Snapdragon 630 processor, 32GB of storage, front-facing fingerprint scanner, the same squeezable Edge Sense edges as well as a 16-megapixel rear camera and 16-megapixel front camera.

Just like most Android One phones, the HTC U11 Life will have most of its HTC apps stripped away, leaving a largely unmodified version of Android Oreo when it launches.
