To be the company’s first phone with Android 10 out of the box

HTC has been quiet for the past few years, focusing more on budget and mid-range phones. As of recent, the Taiwanese brand has launched two models under the Wildfire line. For its 2H 2020 offering, the brand will reportedly launch a successor to the Desire 19+.

According to a Google Play Console Listing, the Desire 20 Pro will have a Snapdragon 665 processor paired with 6GB RAM, which indicates that this phone will most likely be a budget mid-range offering. It will have a Full HD+ display and Android 10 out of the box—HTC’s only other phone that has Android 10 is the U11 Life

There are no renders of the Desire 20 Pro for now, but schematics shared by EVLeaks show a punch-hole display, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, and what appears to be a quad rear camera setup.
