More devices coming along the way
The rollout of Android Oreo to phones is not exactly fast and smooth (like in the case of the Xiaomi Mi A1), but brands are making an effort to keep their phones updated to the latest software. This is the case for the likes of Huawei, which has recently announced a new set of their phones receiving Android Oreo and EMUI 8.0.
Last year, Huawei has rolled out Android Oreo to the Honor 8 Pro, Mate 9, Mate 9 Pro Honor 9, and Honor 9V, on top of being available out of the box for the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro.
Early this January, Huawei has confirmed the update coming to the Honor 8, Honor 8 Pro, Honor 9i, Honor 7X, and Honor 8 Lite. The P10 series are currently in the beta program, and will receive the update as well.
For their latest Android Oreo rollout, Huawei will be updating the Mate 8, P9, P9 Plus, Nova Youth Edition, Nova 2, and Nova 2 Plus to the latest Android version, along with an EMUI 8.0 skin. In that regard, we assume that the Nova 2i will likely receive an update as well.
