When you talk about foldable devices, they are usually associated in the high-end, premium flagship segment, making them quite pricey. Huawei wants to change the status quo with the Pocket S, which is essentially a more affordable version of the P50 Pocket.
The Pocket S has the same design language as the P50 Pocket, but comes with more color options. The lower circle, however, only houses two cameras: a 40-megapixel main camera and a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. The outer display is the same as the P50 Pocket.
The Pocket S even has the same mechanism and the same 6.9-inch inner display as the P50 Pocket, so you’re not losing out much. The same 4000mAh battery keeps the lights on, and you still get 40w wired charging. The only main difference is with the processor, where the Pocket S gets a still-capable Snapdragon 778G processor.
