Huawei’s premium notebook and tablet are now official
Huawei expands its ecosystem in the Philippines with the availability of the MatePad Pro tablet and MateBook X Pro notebook. As premium devices, both come with top-end specs and top-notch builds.
The 2020 MateBook X Pro comes with a Core i7-10510U processor, MX250 discrete graphics, and a color-accurate 14-inch touchscreen display with a 3000×2000 resolution. RAM and storage configuration is at 16GB and 1TB respectively and comes with two USB-C ports, one USB-A 3.1 port, and a headphone jack. It also comes with unique features that include a pop-up webcam hidden within the keyboard and a power button that doubles as a fingerprint scanner.
The MatePad Pro is a flagship tablet that is powered by a Kirin 990 processor paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Its standout feature is a 10.8-inch 2k AMOLED display with a punch-hole—a first on any tablet. The MatePad Pro has an optional keyboard and M-Pen to transform it into an all-around 2-in-1 for professional creatives. Other key features include a 7250mAh battery with 20W wired charging, 15W wireless charging, and 7.5W reverse wireless charging, Harman Kardon-tuned Quad speakers with Hi-Res Audio, 13-megapixel rear camera, and 8-megapixel front camera.
The MatePad Pro is priced at Php 32,990, while the MateBook X Pro sells for Php 119,990. Both products are available for pre-order starting today until April 24. Those getting the MatePad Pro will get the M-Pencil, keyboard cover, and Member Center rewards, while those getting the MateBook X Pro will get the FreeBuds 3, backpack, and wireless mouse.
