Bringing Leica Boss to a new level
As we draw closer to the release of the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, we are getting confirmed details about the much-anticipated models, thanks to these leaked promo materials from French site Les Numeriques.
In the leaked promo materials, both the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro will sport near bezel-less displays, with the Mate 10 sporting a 16:9 Display while the Mate 10 Pro will have a 18:9 Display. Both will be powered by a Kirin 970 processor, and have two f/1.6 Leica Summarit-H cameras—a step up from the dual rear cameras found on the LG V30. Both models will be rated IP67 and use USB-C.
The main highlight of the leaked video is still on the Kirin 970’s AI capabilities, promising an AI-powered photo assistant (capable of recognizing 14 scenes) and a real-time camera translation feature. The leaked materials seem to be not the final video, as we spotted a few grammatical errors along the way.
