Following its global announcement earlier this month, Huawei formally announces the price and availability of the MatePad Pro 12.6 here in the Philippines. In fact, the country is among the first to have Huawei’s flagship tablet available commercially.

The MatePad Pro 12.6 is the biggest tablet Huawei has to offer to date. Its display is a 12.6-inch OLED panel that has a 2560×1600 resolution and full 100% DCI-P3 coverage. It has also great audio chops, as it comes with an immersive 8-speaker audio system.
Powering the MatePad Pro is a Kirin 9000E processor that is paired with 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. Keeping the lights on is a 10050mAh battery that supports 40w wired charging, 27w wireless charging, 10w reverse wireless charging. Aside from being one of the first devices to have HarmonyOS out of the box, the MatePad 12.6 is also a productivity machine with its support for the second-generation M-Pencil, along with an optional keyboard to transform it into a 2-in-1 device.
Aside from the powerful internals, the MatePad Pro 12.6 has a triple rear camera setup that consists of a 13-megapixel main camera, 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, and ToF sensor, while selfies are taken care of by an 8-megapixel snapper.

The MatePad Pro 12.6 is priced at Php 55,999Â and will be available at Huawei’s eStore and official stores in Lazada and Shopee. For its pre-order promo, those buying from June 25 to 27 and add Php 1 will get the Smart Magnetic Keyboard, M-Pencil 2nd generation, Bluetooth speaker, and Band 4.
Those buying from June 28 to July 9 will get the Smart Magnetic Keyboard, M-Pencil 2nd generation, Bluetooth speaker, and several App Gallery Rewards. Lastly, those buying from July 10 to 31 will get the Smart Magnetic Keyboard and M-Pencil 2nd generation with their purchase.
