More security options for Huawei’s 2017 flagship
If you are not aware, Huawei is seeding an update to the Mate 10 series that introduces Face unlock to the 2017 flagship phones. This keeps the Mate 10 series up-to-date when it comes to features, as all current Huawei devices now have the said security feature.
If you are not aware, Face Unlock makes use of face data obtained from the phone’s front camera. This data becomes the basis for unlocking the phone.
Going back to the update, the Face Unlock feature offers either a direct unlock or slide to unlock method, with the former being more convenient as it automatically unlocks your phone once it recognizes your face.
