While we already have the Infinix HOT 30 in the Philippines priced at under Php 7k, India is getting a 5G version. The back panel of the HOT 30 5G looks different from its 4G counterpart, being more unique with a capsule-shaped LED flash.
While it also has a 6.8-inch IPS display, the HOT 30 5G has a faster 120hz refresh rate–but retains the same 8-megapixel selfie shooter placed in a punch hole. The dual rear camera setup of the HOT 30 5G is similar to the 4G version with a 50-megapixel main camera and an AI camera.
One of the bigger differences of the HOT 30 5G is that it rocks a 5G-ready Dimensity 6020 processor and has a big 6000mAh battery with a slightly slower 18w charging. You also get 8GB RAM on the HOT 30 5G, but storage is capped at 128GB.
Other features of the HOT 30 5G include stereo speakers, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, IP53 rating, headphone jack, and Android 13-based XOS 13 out of the box.
The Infinix HOT 30 5G is priced at Rs 13499(~Php 9k) for the 8GB/128GB model and Rs 12499(~Php 8.5k) for the 4GB/128GB model. We’re not sure if Infinix plans to make the HOT 30 5G available in the Philippines, but do note that the NOTE 30 does come in both 4G and 5G versions locally.
