Kyocera, a brand that’s known for printers rather than phones, have unveiled their newest budget LTE capable, water-resistant smartphone, the Hydro Wave. The Hydro Wave sports a 5-inch qHD display, paired with a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage.
