Lenovo’s affordable phablet is now here
Another affordable, bang for the buck smartphone has arrived in the Philippines, although it’s not through Lenovo’s official retail channels. Widget City has posted the Lenovo K3 Note on their website, which should delight people looking for a great deal on a phone.
Lenovo K3 Note specs
- 1.7GHz 64-bit MediaTek MT6752 octa-core processor
- 2GB of RAM
- 5.5-inch full HD display
- 16GB of storage expandable via microSD up to 32GB
- 13-megapixel rear camera
- 5-megapixel front camera
- Dual SIM
- 3G, LTE
- WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS
- 3,000mAh battery
The K3 Note was officially unveiled two months ago, and is the successor to the company’s K3 Music Lemon smartphone. The K3 Note is aimed at combating the efforts of both Xiaomi and Meizu in the competitive online sales market in China, so it’s not surprising that it has a very competitive price compared to other brands.
While the K3 Note is priced at just RMB 899 or around Php 6471 in China, Widget City’s Php 7,990 pricing is fair enough considering importation and customs costs for the device.
