LG Philippines updates its line of monitors by introducing the 2021 line of its UltraWide monitors that are geared towards productivity.

The 2021 line of UltraWide monitors comes with an immersive 21:9 IPS display that offers 33% more screen space compared to a typical monitor with 16:9 aspect ratio. Having more screen space significantly helps with productivity especially when multi-tasking is involved.

All UltraWide monitors have support for HDR10 for more vibrant and more accurate colors and have a maximum brightness of 350nits to make images pop out better. They also have a modern design with their 3-side virtual borderless bezels, and are also meant for both work and play with native support for AMD FreeSync.

Joining the UltraWide is the UltraFine series of displays that feature an ergonomic stand that can adapt to the user’s needs. It is designed in such a way that it promotes good posture, making it helpful especially for multimedia artists who have to spend hours on the computer editing photos and videos. Like the UltraWide monitors, the UltraFine displays use an IPS panel, though you are getting a UHD resolution for presenting more detail, especially for crucial multimedia work.

For serious gaming, the LG UltraGear comes with features that gamers would look for like a 1ms response time, support for NVIDIA G-Sync, and refresh rates of up to 240hz. All models under the UltraGear line come with IPS panels that cover 99% of the sRGB gamut. With the right graphics card and videogame console, the UltraGear is also ideal for HDR videogame playback as well.

Completing the 2021 lineup are LG’s standard monitors, which use Full HD IPS panels and slim three-sided bezels for a modern look. They also have a tilt adjustment for optimal viewing angles as well.
