MacOS Steps Out of the Mountains with MacOS Mojave

Sleeker than ever

Aside from iOS 12, Apple previewed the latest MacOS called Mojave (or MacOS 10.14). The new OS introduces several features such as dark mode, desktop stacks, an updated Finder interface, and better iOS integration.

Dark mode basically gives a dark interface to almost every nook and cranny of MacOS Mojave, while desktop stacks neatly organize files according to file type, or other file attributes.

Apple’s Finder gets several upgrades that include a new Finder sidebar, a new gallery view, and markup tools in quick view mode. Lastly, several iOS apps—which include News, Stocks, Voice Memos and Home—make it to MacOS, further strengthening the integration between the two.

MacOS Mojave will be available by 3Q of 2018. Supported computers include all Macs introduced from Mid-2012 and later, and 2010 and 2012 Mac Pros with Metal-capable graphics cards.
