Huawei adds a new tablet offering in the Philippines with the MatePad 11.5, which has a Php 16k starting price. As the name implies, you get an 11.5-inch IPS display with a 120hz refresh rate. It’s also a more upscale tablet with its use of a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor that’s paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
Being geared towards productivity, the MatePad 11.5 comes with HarmonyOS 3.1 out of the box, which offers a PC-like productivity experience. Aside from being made for productivity, the MatePad 11.5 is great for entertainment with its 4-speaker system and 2.2K display resolution.
It has a 13-megapixel rear camera that can shoot 4K video, along with an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Keeping the lights on is a 7700mAh battery that supports 22.5w charging.

The MatePad 11.5 is priced at Php 15,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant and Php 19,999 for the 8GB/128GB variant. The 6GB/128GB variant will be exclusive online, and first sales (from August 8-31) come bundled with a Folio Cover, PC-Level WPS Office, 3 Months Viu Premium, and Edventure Coupon. The 8GB/128GB variant will be available across all Huawei channels, and first sales (from August 11-31) come bundled with a Detachable Magnetic Keyboard, M-Pencil 2nd Gen, PC-Level WPS Office, 3 Months Viu Premium, and Edventure Coupon.
