MSIÂ updates its Prestige notebooks in 2024 with AI Smart’s thanks to Intel’s Core Ultra processors. For 2024, the Prestige series will come in both 13-inch and 16-inch models.
The Prestige 16 AI can be configured with up to a Core Ultra 9 processor and weighs 1.5kg with its Magnesium-Aluminum Alloy chassis. Despite its weight, MSI managed to squeeze in a 99.9wHr battery that supports 140w USB-C charging.
One of the key features of Intel’s new Core Ultra processors is an integrated NPU that handles AI-related tasks. MSI utilizes the NPU with its AI Engine, which utilizes AI to determine different user scenarios to give them optimal performance.
The Prestige 16 AI can also be configured with up to an RTX 4070 discrete GPU, and is future proof with its support for WiFi 7. You also get an OLED display option with the Prestige 16 AI as well with up to a UHD+ resolution.
 Those who want a smaller laptop can opt for the Prestige 13 AI Evo, with also comes with Intel’s Core Ultra processors and weighs under 1kg—while packing a 75wHr battery. It can be configured with up to a Core Ultra 7 processor and comes with a 2.8k OLED display.
The MSI Prestige AI series is expected to be available in the Philippines soon.
