MyPhone Agua Cyclone Officially Available with Promo Price of Php6,988
MyPhone finally launched their newest mid-range offering called the MyPhone Agua Cyclone. The device boasts of the powerful 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek 6582M chipset paired with 1GB of RAM. This combo is very capable and reaches up to 17,000 on the Antutu Benchmark Test. That’s quite impressive especially since it sells for only Php6,998 (until end of December then goes up to Php8,998).

As usual MyPhone also pre-loaded several applications, including their custom apps like TARA, MyKarakoke, and MyLoad. It’s definitely a good offering but we’re a bit curious as to why they decided to highlight the camera capabilities in their poster below.
An 8.0-megapixel primary camera without BSI doesn’t sound too compelling to us. Maybe they should have focused on maximum performance at a very low price as their selling proposition for this one.
