After Cherry made a buzz with its return into making phones with the Aqua S11 Pro and Aqua GR, the local brand silently unveiled a new tablet with the Omega Tab Pro. Making the budget tablet interesting is that at Php 6,999, it is an affordable 10-inch tablet.

What are you getting for its asking price? You have a 10.1-inch IPS display with a 1200×800 resolution, which is large for its asking price. You get 64GB of expandable storage and 4GB RAM, which should be fine for most needs. Cherry did not specify the processor, but they mentioned an octa-core 2.3Ghz processor–which we presume might be a Helio P23. You also get a decently-sized 7100mAh battery on the Omega Tab Pro, and we presume that the USB-C port supports 10w charging.
Other features of the Omega Tab Pro include a 13-megapixel main camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, headphone jack, a unibody aluminum frame, LTE connectivity, and Android 12 out of the box.
