OPPO brings in a new budget phone to the Philippines with the A58 4G, which succeeded last year’s A57 4G. With a price of under Php 10k, the A58 4G improves on its predecessor by using a more powerful Helio G85 processor that is paired with 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 internal storage. It has a 6.72-inch IPS display with a Full HD+ resolution, 180hz touch response rate, and a punch-hole for an 8-megapixel selfie shooter.
Its dual-rear camera setup consists of a 50-megapixel main camera and a 2-megapixel mono camera. The camera has features like portrait mode and AI portrait retouching to get you those great portrait shots on a budget device. You get a dual-tone design for the camera module, which is a trademark look of OPPO’s more recent A-series phones.
Keeping the lights on is a 5000mAh battery that supports 33w SuperVOOC charging. Other features of the OPPOnA58 4G include stereo speakers, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, MicroSD expansion, and Android 13-based ColorOS 13.1 out of the box.
The OPPO A58 4G is priced at Php 9,999 in the Philippines. It is available in Glowing Black and Dazzling Green, and is available in Shopee, Lazada, and authorized OPPO stores nationwide.
