Will we see Oppo’s 50-megapixel capable smartphone?
Seems like we may see the newly announced 50-megapixel shootin’ smartphone from Guangdong based Oppo. We received Oppo’s official invite for a meet and greet on April 10, with the words Find More on the front. Will Oppo be bringing over their newest smartphone?

If Oppo does bring the Find 7 over to the land of Adobo and Balut, it’ll be interesting to see what their pricing will be on their newest device, as well as the local market’s reception to them. While Oppo is a premium China brand more or less, some pinoys are very brand conscious when it comes to smartphones, and may balk at handing over more than Php 31629  (the converted price, without taxes for the Find 7) for a Chinese brand – a locally unknown one at that. Still, some may be persuaded by the specs of the device, and there’s a good chance that Oppo may bring some of their lower priced smartphones over to the Philippines, although we’ll have to wait until April 10 to find out.
