We’ve already seen a few photos of the Reno13 series ahead of their launch in China on November 25, and OPPO has confirmed the date–and revealed that KPop Group G-IDLE member Yuqi will be its brand ambassador, highlighting Butterfly Purple as the hero color.
A closer look at the Reno13 Yuqi is holding in the promo posters reveals that she’s holding the standard model. OPPO also shared more detailed photos of the Reno13, highlighting the iPhone 16-inspired design with an aluminum frame and flat sides. The display is a 6.59-inch AMOLED panel, and it appears to follow the same cues as the Find X8 for having extremely slim bezels.
OPPO also shared the other colorways of the Reno13 series, with the Pro model getting pink and black while the standard model gets an additional blue colorway.
We only know a few key specs about the Pro model, but both Reno13 phones will reportedly use a Dimensity 8300 processor. We’re hoping that the global version is similar to the China version because the alleged specs of the Reno13 Pro look very promising on paper. As for Yuqi, OPPO did use her song Freak as part of its teaser campaign for the Reno13 series in China, making us speculate that the Kpop idol might also be the global ambassador. That’s not new for OPPO–they got KPop subunit Seventeen BSS as global ambassadors for the Reno11 F.
