OPPO Debuts Reno6 Line with 90hz Displays, 65w Charging

It has been only a few months since the Reno5 series has become official in the Philippines, and OPPO is back on its fast-paced series of launches with the Reno6 series in China. Comprising of three models, all come with 65w wired charging, 90hz AMOLED displays, 8GB/12GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB internal storage.

The vanilla Reno6 looks identical to the Reno5 5G that is sold in the Philippines, though it loses the mono camera and has a lower-resolution 32-megapixel selfie snapper. However, it gets a smoother 90hz refresh rate, a newer Dimensity 900 processor, and faster charging speeds.

Moving up to the Reno6 Pro, you get a bigger 4500mAh battery, along with a bigger 6.55-inch 90hz curved AMOLED panel, Dimensity 1200 processor, and an additional mono camera on the back. The Pro+ gets a Snapdragon 870 processor and a vastly better rear camera setup: a 50-megapixel IMX 766 main camera that is the same module used on the Find X3 Pro, 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, 13-megapixel telephoto camera, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. If the spec sheet looks familiar, that’s because the Reno6 Pro+ is a Find X3 Neo with a Snapdragon 870 processor.
