While May 23 is expected to be the much-awaited unveiling of the POCO F6 series in Dubai, it seems that the brand will also unveil its first-ever tablet as well. Called the POCO Pad, POCO describes its first tablet as having a big display and an “entertainment king” on its official website.
Given how POCO nails it in offering an insane performance-to-specs ratio on its products, we expect its first tablet to be as value-packed as its phones.
POCO is quite tight-lipped on the POCO Pad, but there are speculations that it might share the same specs as the China-only Redmi Pad Pro. If that’s the case (the POCO F6 Pro is reportedly based on the Redmi K70), we’re expecting the POCO Pad to have a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and a huge 12.1-inch IPS display with a 120hz refresh rate and 2.5k display resolution.
The Redmi Pad Pro has a huge 10000mAh battery inside that supports 33w charging and comes with HyperOS out of the box. Configuration options include up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of expandable storage.
We’re unsure if POCO will tease more details about its first tablet in the next few days, so we have to wait until May 23 to know more about it.
