POCO is going for a different strategy for the C65: ahead of its November 6 global launch, POCO decided to reveal the early bird price for the C65. With an early bird price of Php 4,999 for the 6GB/128GB model, the C65 is the most affordable POCO phone to date.
Looking into the official Shopee listing of the POCO C65, the official prices are Php 5,499 for the 6GB/128GB variant and Php 6,499 for the 8GB/256GB variant. Even if we base it on their official prices, the POCO C65 is a solid offering from the brand.
Confirmed specs for the POCO C65 include a 50-megapixel main camera and a Helio G85 processor–two features that are increasingly popular among budget phones for 2023.
POCO also revealed the design and color options for the C65, and we speculate that it might share the same specs as the Redmi 13C. That being said, we expect the POCO C65 to also have a 6.71-inch display, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, a 5-megapixel selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and a 5000mAh battery that supports 10w charging. We hope that the POCO C65 has USB-C charging and not an aging MicroUSB-C port.
We should know more about the POCO C65 come November 6. Given what was revealed so far, the C65 has the potential to rule the under Php 6k ultra-budget segment.
