Acer announced new products under its Predator gaming sub-brand at COMPUTEX 2025, with the highlight being the Predator Triton 14 AI. This gaming laptop just weighs 1.6kg and is 17.31mm thin, making it one of the sleeker models in the market.
Under the hood is a Core Ultra 9 processor 288V processor that’s paired with an RTX 5070 GPU, making the Predator Triton 14 AI great for both gaming and content creation. Being a Copilot+ PC, you get Microsoft’s full suite of AI features like Live Captions and Image Creator. It can be configured with up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 2 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage.
As a gaming laptop that can be used for content creation, the Predator Triton 14 AI’s display is a WQXGA+ OLED panel with a 120hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and 100% DCI-P3 color gamut. It has touchscreen support for gestures such as zooming in, swiping and tapping, scrolling pages or switching between tasks. You also get a sleek Gorilla Glass haptic touchpad that has stylus support to aid creators/designers/artists with their work.
Keeping ls stable is the use of graphene thermal interface materials (TIM) on the CPU for up to 14.5% increase in thermal capacity, along with Dual 6th Gen AeroBlade 3D metal fans that offer up to 20% more airflow than plastic fans. You also get customizable per-key RGB keyboard, Intel Killer Wi-Fi 7, and Thunderbolt 4.
The Predator Triton 14 AI will be available in July.
