Joining Razer‘s line of gaming peripherals in the Philippines is the Viper V2 Pro gaming mouse, which is the brand’s lightest wireless gaming mouse to date. While it is 22% lighter than the Viper Ultimate at only 58 grams, Razer touts a longer click lifespan on the Viper V2 Pro with its use of new Gen-3 Optical Mouse Switches for no double-clicking issues and a rated 90 million clicks lifespan.
Also new with the Viper V2 Pro is the Focus Pro 30K optical sensor, which has a claimed 99.8% resolution accuracy, up to 30,000 DPI, and has AI functionality like Smart Tracking, Motion Sync and Asymmetric Cut-off for the best possible performance. The latter offers up to 26 granular levels of height adjustment.
Other features of the Viper V2 Pro include USB-C charging, a DPI control button at the bottom of the mouse, and a 2.4Ghz HyperSpeed USB dongle extender included out of the box.
We’ve been gathering critical feedback from our players throughout the development of the mouse and time and time again we heard that weight, sensors, and switches far and away were most important. We doubled down on all three of those and the result really speaks for itself: try it and you’ll never let it go,” Razer Global Esports Director Flo Gutierrez said.
